Rock Paper Scissors

Two players are competing in a classic game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Your task is to declare the winner of each round based on the standard rules. For each round, identify which player has won or declare a draw if applicable. You must make your announcement within a designated time limit. Failing to do so on time or reporting an incorrect outcome will cost you one life. You start with five lives and can afford up to five mistakes before the game ends.
